The personal information we collect is via our website newsletter subscription administered by Mailchimp.com, joining our contact list by completing the form available in the shop, or if you have requested and given confirmation in the form of an email or via social media. 

Data is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• Newsletter sign up for updates, workshops, events and offers.

• Alterations service

(a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting us

We use the information that you have given us in order to keep you informed of our news, products, workshops, event, offers and services. 


How we store your information 

Your data is held securely by the Mailchimp.com service under the Data Protection Act. This data will be secure and only accessed by authorised persons. Your data will only be used for the Company communications and not passed on to any third party.


We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our policies. 


We may rectify, replenish or remove incomplete or inaccurate information, at any time and at our own discretion.
